Parliament yesterday got confirmation that none of the companies that are being investigated by the SIU for the tenders they received during the COVD-19 pandemic have been stopped from offering services to the state. Prof. Kedibone Phago says it is worrying that it is business as usual for those who are found to be on the wrong side of the law.
