Cuba and the U.S. are tackling the coronavirus pandemic from very different starting points. Cuba is 7 times poorer than the U.S., but has a well-structured and highly successful national health service. Cuban doctors are even being sent abroad to assist other, much wealthier, countries.
We take a look at how the two countries compare when faced with the COVID-19 outbreak and whether there’s anything the U.S. can learn from the small island.
